• Strong ownership, results-driven mindset and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust reliability architectures for Alibaba Cloud’s container service suite (ACK, ACS, ACR, ASM).
• Develop automation frameworks to streamline operational workflows and improve stability.
• Lead day-to-day operations, monitoring, incident response, and RCA for containerized platforms, maintaining SLA/SLO compliance.
• Collaborate with development, security, and networking teams to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
• Identify risks via chaos engineering, stress testing, and observability; define remediation plans.
• Stay current with cloud-native technologies and apply best practices to production environments.
