Job summary

Responsibilities cover developing mission software, containerization with Kubernetes, and ensuring DoD cybersecurity compliance. Requires DoD 8570/8140 certifications and active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of professional experience involving research, design, and development of computer or network software, or specialized utility programs.
• Experience supporting database maintenance within an application environment.
• Strong experience applying software programming concepts in academic or professional settings.
• Demonstrated experience with modern development methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
• One (1) year of direct, professional Kubernetes experience.
• DoD 8570 / DoD 8140 Compliance (Level II or Level III) certification.
• Must hold an active SECRET clearance at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain mission software applications.
• Implement and support containerized software solutions using Kubernetes.
• Apply Agile and DevSecOps best practices to improve delivery speed, code quality, and system security.
• Troubleshoot software, networking, deployment, and container orchestration issues.
• Collaborate with government and contractor teams to design resilient, scalable software services.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure development workflows.
• Ensure all work aligns with DoD cybersecurity requirements and SECRET-level security protocols.
