Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Platform Engineer to help expand the Falcon platform globally. This hands‑on role requires deep experience in large‑scale open‑source deployments and designing scalable hybrid multi‑cloud Kubernetes platform solutions.

You will optimize reliability, evaluate open‑source technologies, and provide technical direction for Kubernetes services while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in AWS, GCP, OCI, and data centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Kubernetes experience.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Thanos, Alertmanager, and Golang.
• Experience with large-scale Linux environments.
• Experience operating in AWS, GCP, OCI, and custom data centers.
• Familiarity with on‑call shift management.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable hybrid multi‑cloud Kubernetes platform solutions.
• Optimize and maintain high reliability of large‑scale infrastructure platform systems.
• Evaluate and integrate open‑source technologies into existing system workflows.
