Job summary
CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Platform Engineer to advance the Falcon platform globally.
You will design scalable hybrid multi-cloud Kubernetes solutions, optimize reliability, and lead integration of open-source technologies to improve workflows and performance. The role requires deep Kubernetes expertise, Prometheus/Thanos/Alertmanager/Grafana, Golang, and experience with large Linux environments across AWS, GCP, OCI.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for CJIS clearance (U.S. citizenship or Green Card).
- 5+ years of Kubernetes experience including management of clusters with thousands of nodes.
- Experience with Prometheus, Thanos, Alertmanager, Grafana.
- Golang programming experience.
- Experience with large-scale Linux environments.
- Experience operating in clouds (AWS, GCP, OCI) and data centers.
- Experience managing on-call shifts.
- Proven experience applying AI tech to improve workflows and decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable hybrid multi-cloud Kubernetes platform solutions at scale.
- Maintain high reliability of large-scale infrastructure platform systems.
- Evaluate and integrate open-source technologies into existing workflows.
- Provide technical direction for evolving Kubernetes infrastructure services.
- Mentor less-senior engineers to drive technical decisions.
