Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems is seeking a Senior Kubernetes Infrastructure Developer to lead a Kubernetes platform, taking ownership from Azure infrastructure through AKS configuration, networking, security, and deployment automation.

The candidate should have deep Kubernetes architecture knowledge, strong IaC skills with Terraform/Bicep/Helm, and experience integrating with Azure identity, policy, and monitoring tools. U.S. citizenship and security clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Designing, deploying, and operating Kubernetes environments.
• Strong hands-on with Azure and AKS.
• IaC and automated deployment expertise.
• Secure, compliant cluster configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate enterprise Kubernetes infrastructure on AKS.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle of AKS clusters.
• Develop reusable IaC modules with Terraform/Bicep/Helm.
• Implement GitOps CI/CD deployment processes.
• Ensure RBAC, identity, and secrets management integration.
