Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud and Kubernetes platforms. You will partner with engineers to deliver CI/CD and GitOps workflows, observability, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities include designing Azure architectures, deploying AKS clusters, implementing IaC with Terraform/ARM templates, and creating Helm charts. Strong Docker security, automation, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Microsoft Azure services (compute, storage, networking, databases).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes on Azure (AKS), including deployment, scaling, and operations.
• Proven project delivery skills in Agile environments.
• Infrastructure as code skills with Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Strong containerization skills with Docker, including image hardening and optimization.
• Strong collaboration skills with clear communication across technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and automation.
• Understanding of cloud security practices and logging solutions.
• Nice to have Argo CD for GitOps-based continuous deployment.
• Knowledge of GitOps for versioning and managing infrastructure changes.
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python for automation tasks.
• Experience in Grafana for monitoring dashboards and visualization.
