Capgemini seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead production Kubernetes operations, automation, and cloud infrastructure. You will drive reliability, scalability, and security across enterprise platforms, collaborating with engineering and platform teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Infrastructure/DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering.
• 4+ years hands-on Kubernetes production administration.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise: scheduling, networking, storage, ingress, cluster ops.
• CKA/CKAD certs preferred.
• Experience with Docker and image optimization.
• Terraform, Helm, Bash/Python/Go scripting.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitLab/Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Argo CD/Flux.
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, Datadog.
• Cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong Linux admin skills.
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, load balancing, TLS, service discovery.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/IT.
• CKA/CKS or cloud certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, operate, and scale production Kubernetes clusters (deployments, upgrades, node pools, networking, storage, RBAC).
• Manage infrastructure resources: capacity planning, autoscaling, cost optimization.
• Analyze and troubleshoot performance across pods, nodes, networking, storage, workloads.
• Diagnose root causes and implement long-term remediation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Implement IaC with Terraform, Helm, and automation scripts.
• Enhance observability with dashboards, alerts, SLOs/SLIs, playbooks.
• Impose platform security controls: network policies, secrets, image scanning, least privilege.
