Job summary

Meta Cloud is building a cloud-native, Kubernetes-first AI infrastructure at massive scale. We seek a senior architect to lead design and delivery of network, policy, and dataplane software, collaborating across platforms, hardware teams, and open-source communities.

You will shape architecture decisions, drive execution, and influence silicon features for AI workloads. You will partner with application teams to deliver integrated solutions, optimize performance, and advance distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of software development for networking or infrastructure systems.
• 4+ years designing and shipping networking dataplane/control-plane systems in production.
• Hands-on Kubernetes networking experience in production.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and at least one scripting language (Python/Shell).
• Experience with developing and automating test suites.
• Demonstrated cross-disciplinary collaboration with hardware/ASIC teams.
• Direct experience with DPU SoC/SmartNIC platforms.
• Expertise in high-performance networking frameworks: DPDK, eBPF/XDP, AF_XDP, io_uring, RDMA.
• Experience building or contributing to Kubernetes operators/controllers or device plugins.
• Familiarity with Linux networking internals.
• Experience in hyperscale or cloud-provider environments.
