Job summary

Pure Storage seeks a Senior Knowledge Manager to lead transformation of how customers, partners, and employees access critical knowledge across Everpure. You will champion KCS principles and oversee self-service experiences, content governance, and digital platform optimization.

You will collaborate with Knowledge Architects, technical writers, support engineers, and executives to elevate content quality, discovery, and customer satisfaction while building a world-class knowledge culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or program management Knowledge Management, Content Operations, Documentation, Enablement, Customer Experience, or related field.
• 10+ years leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive Enterprise Knowledge Strategy & Governance across global platforms.
• Lead KCS program adoption with change management, training, and enablement.
• Orchestrate platform implementations, AI-powered discovery, and integrations.
• Establish data-driven KPIs and continuous publishing workflow improvements.
