Job summary

Everpure in Raleigh leads a Senior Knowledge Program Manager role focused on the enterprise-wide KCS strategy within the PEAK team. You will shape knowledge creation, discovery, and sharing across support, engineering, and customer experience to boost resolution efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will coach knowledge domain experts, drive governance, and scale self-service tools while delivering measurable outcomes and organizational change across the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical support or customer support and 8+ years in knowledge management roles.
• KCS v6 Practices Certified; KCS Trainer/Coach and PMP certifications preferred.
• Enterprise KCS program design, implementation, scaling, and sustaining experience.
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive Enterprise KCS Strategy & Evolution across global teams to improve content quality and self-service resolution.
• Lead Cross-Functional Program Execution with multi-project roadmaps from intake through launch and transition.
• Establish Governance & Data‑Driven Insights with dashboards and executive reporting on knowledge quality and adoption metrics.
• Champion Change Management & Enablement with KCS training and coaching Knowledge Domain Experts.
