Job summary

TJ Consulting Group seeks an experienced Knowledge Management Lead in Colorado Springs to direct KM processes and tool administration across enterprise content. You will identify critical intellectual capital, structure data access, and implement lifecycle strategies aligned with DoD IT and security policies.

The role requires 10 years in KM or a 5-year ABET/CAE degree-backed track, plus active TS/SCI clearance. Strong analytical skills and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of KM processes and tools management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and United States citizenship required

Description

Overview of position:

Experience/Skills
  • 10 years of experience in the management and administration of KM processes and tools for identifying, documenting, and accessing intellectual capital and information content.
  • OR
  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution, fulfilling the educational requirement, with 5 years of relevant experience.
Education
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution (if applicable).
Certifications

Required (at least one):

  • Security+ (CompTIA Security+)
  • GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials)
Highly Preferred (at Least One Of The Following)
  • FITSP-O (Federal IT Security Professional - Operator)
  • GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional)
  • CASP+ (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner)
  • CCNP Security (Cisco Certified Network Professional - Security)
  • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
  • SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested
