Job summary

NAOVI (Novel Applications, Inc.) seeks a Senior Knowledge Manager to design and manage knowledge management systems, advise government partners on KM tool use, and train users across multiple platforms. The role focuses on sharing analysis, policies, and IT information, with emphasis on interoperability and secure data handling.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS with extensive KM experience, TS/SCI with polygraph, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

BA/BS with 18+ years of relevant experience, or Masters with 10+ years.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
No sponsorship provided for this position.
Knowledge Management processes/methodologies experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with CMS: Joomla, WordPress, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint, databases, internal sites).
Advise Government on best KM tool usage to enhance information sharing.
Train system users and provide user guides as needed.
Create visualizations and automate data access to improve usability.
Build virtual communities of interest to enable collaboration and information sharing.
Develop simulations to test database readiness and communication channels.
Maintain repository for IPDs, policies, and memos.
Ensure interoperability with IC/state/local partners.
