Job summary

NAOVI (Novel Applications, Inc.) seeks a Senior Knowledge Manager for developing and maintaining KM systems, advising on KM tool usage, and training users. Ability to integrate data, create visualizations, and enable collaboration across IC partners is required.

Candidate must hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph and be eligible for onsite work in the Fredericksburg/VA area; sponsorship is not provided. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree with 18 years of relevant experience, or 10 years with a Master’s and 24 years total experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required; no sponsorship.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to prepare manuals for management.
• Experience with Knowledge Management processes, system design and evaluation.
• Working knowledge of web features, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery.
• Ability to create and maintain organized repositories and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (SharePoint sites, databases, internal sites).
• Advise government on best KM tool usage to enhance information sharing.
• Train system users and provide user guides; integrate information with other databases.
• Create virtual communities of interest to enable collaboration and track metrics.
• Build data repositories and visualizations to support analysis and briefings.
• Develop simulations to test database readiness and communications channels.
