Job summary

Leidos Intelligence Sector seeks a Knowledge Manager (Requirements Analysis) – Senior to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission, aligning processes and technologies that enable information sharing among analysts and organizations for analytic production.

This role focuses on leveraging centralized databases, content management systems, and records management to shape workflows, produce performance metrics, and ensure the dissemination of intelligence products across networks and portals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the labor category, with recent work.
• Master's degree or a Bachelor's with extensive senior experience.

Responsibilities

• Align business processes and technology to improve information sharing for analysts and production.
• Use databases, content and records management to inform workflow improvements.
• Develop reports on performance metrics and future KM requirements.
• Disseminate intelligence products across networks and portals to meet mission needs.
• Define information system requirements that align with DoD and IC standards.
• Capture user requirements via interviews and reviews; maintain documentation.
