Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager to provide on-site support to USCYBERCOM elements. You will enhance information discoverability, streamline internal communication processes, and improve the reuse of critical Cyber operational data across classified and unclassified environments.

The role champions structured knowledge processes and collaboration tools to support mission success. Qualifications include a TS clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph, 12+ years in KM/Info Management

Qualifications

Twelve plus years’ experience in Knowledge Management or Information Management, ideally within DoD or IC.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph.
BA/BS degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Information Systems, Library Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills; ability to craft SOPs, TTPs, briefings, and executive documentation.
Experience with KM frameworks, DoD records management policies, and collaborative technologies (SharePoint, MS Teams, WMS, JIRA).

Responsibilities

Provide KM support to USCYBERCOM J3 through development and implementation of KM strategies and policies.
Promote information sharing of Cyber operational data and align with CKO.
Support leadership decision-making by streamlining information sharing and policy management.
Post, edit, and maintain KM content across classified and unclassified portals.
Develop and maintain TTPs to guide information flow and training.
Lead KM priority setting, KPIs, and progress reporting with KM Working Group.
