Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager (Requirements Engineer) to support USCYBERCOM J2 mission. You will align organizational processes and technology to enhance information sharing and analytic production across teams and departments, using KM systems to shape workflows.

Responsibilities include compiling performance reports, disseminating intelligence products across networks, and ensuring KM processes meet DoD/IC policies while coordinating with stakeholders and end users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the labor category with at least a portion in the last 2 years.
• Master's degree in an area related to the labor category; or Bachelor's with 17 years total experience as a substitute to the Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Align processes and technologies to enable optimal information sharing for analytic production.
• Use databases, content management and records systems to design, implement, and enhance workflows.
• Compile reports on system performance and usage metrics; assess future KM requirements.
• Disseminate intelligence products across networks and secure portals for timely access.
• Apply requirements management methodologies to support process development and reengineering.
• Serve as a conduit between J2 customers and IT/KM Requirements Analysts to capture user needs.
