Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Mid Knowledge Manager to support a federal government client. The role focuses on managing SOPs, SharePoint content, and records management, while developing an IG data repository for effective intelligence dissemination.

A TS/SCI with CI POLY clearance or ability to obtain one is required. The position emphasizes collaboration with joint and interagency stakeholders, building a collaborative environment, and supporting ingestion of intelligence data across government and

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in knowledge management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area; substitution of 4 years of additional experience for a degree allowed.
• Experience with SharePoint content management and governance.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Produces and manages J26 SOPs and updates SharePoint content within the J2.
• Maintains J2 websites (public-facing and internal) and supports the J2 Workflow calendar.
• Performs Records Management and develops an IG data repository structure.
• Conducts knowledge management to improve discovery, fusion, and dissemination of data and intelligence.
• Participates in knowledge management working groups and collaborates across stakeholders.
