Job summary

FHI 360 seeks a Technical Advisor II to provide advanced knowledge management and external visibility leadership across complex global health programs. You will shape strategic messaging, deliver high-quality technical products, and oversee webinars, conferences, and dissemination events.

The role requires 12+ years in global health or knowledge management, strong writing and project leadership, and ability to collaborate with donors, governments, and partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or international equivalent in a relevant field.
• Typically requires 12+ years of global health, development, knowledge management, or related experience.
• Experience leading development of technical products, strategic messaging, and external communications for donors/government/partners.
• Experience contributing to business development, including proposal design, budgeting, or work planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of knowledge management and external visibility strategies, work plans, and technical components for large, multi-country projects.
• Oversee processes and tools that promote knowledge sharing and cross-country learning.
• Direct the documentation, synthesis, and dissemination of lessons learned, best practices, and project achievements.
• Plan and execute webinars, learning events, conferences, and other dissemination activities.
• Provide technical input for proposals, budgets, and client/funder meetings.
