Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the NGB NCR NEC Service Catalog that provides descriptions and performance information about services provided by the NGB NCR NEC.
• The catalog will have two views including a customer-facing view from which business users can browse and select services, and a technical view that documents exactly what is required to deliver each service in the catalog.
• Services in the catalog shall align with the current version of the Army IT Portfolio (AITP).
• Create, maintain, and update the IT Service Catalog with all relevant data to include capabilities for Service Requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ten (10) years of prior experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• IAT or IAM Level I certification.
• Active Security Clearance.
