Accenture is seeking an Associate Director to lead the industry digital-brain discipline, partnering with executives and clients to translate domain knowledge into scalable AI data products and ontologies.

The role emphasizes owning methodology, driving regulatory-aligned ontologies, and representing the industry voice in internal and public forums. Travel may be required, up to 100% depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in your industry, with at least 3 years translating domain knowledge into data products, ontologies, or AI use cases.
• Minimum of 5 years working alongside industry clients at the executive level (CTO / CDO / chief underwriting / chief merchandising, per vertical).
• Knowledge graphs, taxonomies, and retrieval-augmented generation are required.
• Minimum of 2 years publishing or speaking publicly on AI in your industry.
• Minimum of 3 years owning a productized offering, platform, or methodology — not just consulting within one.

Responsibilities
