Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Director to lead the industry digital-brain discipline in your vertical. You will own ontology design, lifecycle management, and the patterns that encode industry knowledge.

You will serve as the industry voice in executive conversations and councils, shaping AI-enabled knowledge products while collaborating with frontier AI labs and hyperscale providers. Travel may be required up to 0–100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in your industry with 3+ years translating domain knowledge into data products, ontologies, or AI use cases.
• Minimum of 5 years working with industry clients at executive level (CTO/CDO, etc.).
• Knowledge graphs, taxonomies, retrieval-augmented generation.
• Minimum of 2 years publishing or speaking publicly on AI in your industry.
• Minimum of 3 years owning a productized offering, platform, or methodology.

Responsibilities

• Own the industry digital-brain discipline in your vertical; design and manage the ontology and lifecycle.
• Develop industry ontology and vertical agent patterns; defend and evolve assets.
• You are the named industry voice in analyst discussions and industry councils.
