Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical design experience in sweaters/knitwear.
• Advanced knitwear construction knowledge including stitch types and yarn behavior.
• Strong proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Interpret seasonal sweater concepts into technically sound, production-ready specs.
• Lead sweater fit sessions and guide vendors through revisions quickly.
• Own and maintain sweater tech packs with construction notes and graded measurements.
• Collaborate with factories to troubleshoot knit construction and improve fit consistency.
• Assess wear test results and integrate improvements into future designs.
• Stay current on knitwear techniques and sustainability practices.
