Job summary

Chicken N Pickle in Thornton, CO seeks a Senior Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team and support the Executive Kitchen Manager. You will drive daily kitchen performance, uphold standards, and ensure budgeting and compliance.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, while executing inventory, ordering, and sanitation programs across three shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume kitchen operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow sanitation standards and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Input invoices, credits memos, prep, and waste logs.
• Perform Master Walk Thru and verify prep lists.
• Oversee prep quality, storage, and rotation.
• Conduct AM and PM line checks.
• Manage rosters and coverage for three shifts.
• Ensure sanitation protocols at open and close.
• Place orders via Crunchtime and review COGS with EC.
• Coordinate daily BOH operations and staff development.
• Support hiring, training, and evaluations.
