Job summary

Autodesk's Events & Experiences team seeks a seasoned Keynote Content Producer to shape the creative content behind AU, OTC, TechX, and live programs. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate messaging into presentations, videos, and demonstrations.

You will own end-to-end production, maintain schedules, manage risks, and ensure assets are show-ready for rehearsals and live delivery. This role requires travel 25–30% and a strong track record in executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in live event production, keynote production, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with interdependent workstreams and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience working with external creative agencies or production vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director of Keynote Strategy to produce engaging keynote experiences for Autodesk events.
• Manage end-to-end production of keynote content across flagship event portfolio.
• Lead presentation design, motion graphics, video production, and asset management with partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated workback schedules for keynote content and assets.
• Identify risks and drive solutions to keep programs moving forward.
• Coordinate reviews, asset approvals, and executive feedback cycles; support rehearsals and show delivery.
