Job summary

Lam Research Corporation seeks a Supplier Engineering Sr. Manager to lead technical efforts in gas integration and OEM components, coordinating across global suppliers and product groups.

You will drive quality improvements, RCA, and action tracking while managing complex programs to meet product milestones. The role requires strong leadership, deep semiconductor process knowledge, and the ability to work across disciplines to resolve production challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials, Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment industry and supplier quality is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Group Engineering to develop and release new integrated assemblies & OEM products to the supply base (Gas Delivery & OEM Components).
• Apply semiconductor manufacturing experience to technical and quality problems across the product lifecycle, with emphasis on new product introduction.
• Coordinate investigations of key quality defects with customers or field service to drive corrective actions.
