Job summary

Avangrid seeks a billing analyst to support the key account management team in Orange, CT. You will perform billing analysis, data reporting, and provide administrative support for IT platforms including Salesforce and the municipal storm portal.

The role involves analyzing usage, ensuring accurate bills, and contributing to reporting efforts across departments. Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field with 3+ years of experience, or an Associate’s with 5+ years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Equivalence of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing analysis and support to the key account team.
• Identify billing and usage anomalies and perform annual rate analysis for eligible customers.
• Ensure collective bills are sent to customers and maintain performance dashboards.
• Track data on customer visits, program penetration, and support cases.
• Analyze data to identify performance gaps and run business warehouse reports as needed.
• Coordinate with account managers, rates department, and billing teams to provide data for requests.
• Maintain storm training tracking and assist with compliance and reporting projects.
