Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks a senior kernel/low-level systems engineer to configure, patch, and build the Linux kernel and QEMU for ARM hardware. You will migrate patches to ARM Debian builds and implement TPM 2.0 measured boot and vTPM integrations.

Candidates typically hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics, with strong cross-compilation and debugging skills. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive Linux kernel and low-level systems experience.
• Deep Linux kernel v6.x and ARM64 internals expertise.
• Mastery of C, assembly, and low-level OS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, patch, and build the Linux kernel and QEMU for ARM hardware.
• Migrate and rebase existing x86 kernel patches to support ARM Debian builds.
• Implement and test TPM 2.0 measured boot protocols and vTPM integrations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, EE, Math, or related field.
