Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager for the Data Centers power generation portfolio. You will manage hyperscalers, colocation providers, and EPC partners, crafting strategies to win complex opportunities and deliver reliable, high-efficiency power solutions.

In this role, you will coordinate engineering, service, legal, and finance teams to align customer needs with our grid-connected, backup, and onsite generation offerings. MBA preferred, 7+ years in relevant roles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, business development, or account management in power generation or mission-critical infra.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and complex sales opportunities.
• Experience with hyperscale data center customers e.g., Microsoft, Google, AWS, Meta, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for hyperscalers, data center developers, and EPC partners.
• Lead complex deal pursuits from identification to contract award.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and ensure project handover.
• Negotiate pricing and long-term service agreements.
• Provide market insights to inform product strategy and business planning.
