Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks an experienced Key Account Manager to build strategic partnerships with utilities, IPPs, and energy leaders while driving growth across power generation and energy transition solutions.

You will lead complex commercial pursuits, influence investment decisions, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver reliable, sustainable power solutions that strengthen grid reliability and support decarbonization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Energy Systems, Business or Economics required.
• MBA or advanced business qualification preferred for strategic roles.
• Proven track record in strategic account management within energy sectors.
• Experience selling capital equipment or service contracts to utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans for utility customers and strategic power generation accounts.
• Lead complex sales pursuits from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver technically and commercially optimized solutions.
• Drive growth, retention, and long-term value with key utility accounts.
