Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Specialist for the Cross Mile Continuous Improvement (XMCI) team in Nashville, TN. You will lead network-wide kaizen events, align stakeholders, and drive lean improvements across multiple miles and business units, reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires strong facilitation, data-driven problem solving, and post-event sustainment to ensure lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, operations, logistics or related field.
• Experience with lean or six sigma methodologies for process improvement, including mapping and redesign.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead kaizen events to drive improvements in safety, quality, people and cost.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and manage event agendas and outcomes.
• Develop actionable implementation plans with owners, timelines and metrics.
• Provide post-event sustainment, reporting, and handoff to analytics and leadership.
