Job summary

Alpha is hiring a full-time Elite Coach to work on in-person campuses in the United States. You will coach Guides and students using performance data, run live workshops for K-3 students, and run motivation sessions that tie goals to progress.

You will develop scalable playbooks and train Guides to maintain high standards as the team grows. Applicants should have a Bachelor's (or higher) in Education, Psychology, or related fields, 5+ years with elementary-aged children, leadership experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5 to 9).
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people, including authority to hire and remove based on performance.
• Experience building, launching, or significantly growing a program, team, school, or initiative from the ground up.
• Comfortable working in a school that rejects traditional teaching methods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to work in person at the Alpha campus in Austin, TX or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ; relocation support provided

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and feedback to achieve measurable goals.
• Lead one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills.
• Run motivation sessions linking goals to academic progress.
• Develop and refine playbooks for repeatable coaching practices.
• Train Guides on playbooks and model facilitation excellence.
