Job summary

PROCEDEO is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee a series of K-12 construction projects in the Portland area. This full-time, on-site role in Portland, Oregon, offers a salary of $190,000–$220,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

The role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership, coordinating with clients and PROCEDEO teams to ensure successful delivery, compliance with contracts, and effective management of timelines, budgets, and resources.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership in program or project management within K-12/public or large-scale capital programs.
• Strong contract administration, business operations, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication with executive leadership and boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for successful program execution.
• Serve as primary client liaison with leadership, Design and Construction Services, and the Board.
• Represent PROCEDEO in program meetings and communications with the client.
• Oversee daily operations of the Program Management Team.
• Manage prime contracts, joint ventures, and sub-consultant agreements.
• Lead design-phase strategies with Design Manager and senior leadership.
