The role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership, coordinating with clients and PROCEDEO teams to ensure successful delivery, compliance with contracts, and effective management of timelines, budgets, and resources.
PROCEDEO, a national Design/Construction Program Management company, is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee a series of K-12 construction projects in the Portland area. The Operations Lead will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of PROCEDEO's program management services for our client. Serving as the primary liaison between the client and PROCEDEO, this role ensures successful project delivery, team performance, and compliance with all contractual obligations.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Portland, Oregon, with a salary range of $190,000-$220,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Operations Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various capital projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with stakeholders; ensuring adherence to best practices and standards; and leading project teams to successful outcomes.
