Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, and review staff work to ensure timely case management.
• Act as DJJ representative during court hearings to support Department recommendations.
• Ensure case plans reflect risk/needs assessments and appropriate services.
• Coordinate detention screenings, court dockets, and releases with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, training, and supervision to staff; monitor performance and outcomes.
