Blackstone Talent Group seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise networks across multiple locations. You will lead high‑level initiatives, standardize on Juniper Junos, and act as the top escalation point for complex incidents.

The role demands 10+ years of hands-on experience, deep Juniper expertise, and strong leadership to mentor engineers and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP.
• Deep Juniper experience with EX, QFX, MX, SRX and Junos OS.

Responsibilities

• Lead LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewall environments end-to-end.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions across multiple sites.
• Lead the standardization and migration of network infrastructure onto the Juniper (Junos) platform across all sites.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level staff.
• Oversee change management standards and incident response.
