Job summary

The role requires reviewing tax returns, financials, credit and title documents, managing pipeline, and coordinating with loan originators and post-closers. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in jumbo product underwriting, and familiarity with Encompass LOS and ATR/QM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ Jumbo product experience and non-Agency experience.
• Certifications such as DE/SAR/LAPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications for investor criteria and completeness.
• Analyze income, assets, and documents including self-employed returns.
• Review borrower profiles, credit and title reports, and tax docs.
• Ensure loan files meet investor guidelines and turn-time targets.
• Liaise with originators, processors, branch managers, and post-closers.
