Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience in mortgage underwriting focusing on Jumbo and Non-QM products.
• Ability to manage a large pipeline efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Expertise in compliance requirements (TRID, RESPA, ATR/QM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex Jumbo and Non-QM mortgage loans per guidelines.
• Review loan files and assess creditworthiness and risk.
• Guide and mentor junior underwriters.
