Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, finance, public administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in legal operations, court administration, or regulated administrative environment.
• Supervisory experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Judicial Operations, Settlement, and Payment Solutions teams to support revenue recovery.
• Oversee court-related operations, docket preparation, and filing oversight for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage budgeting, governance, and financial controls to protect revenue and performance.
• Develop training, succession planning, and process improvements for scalability.
• Communicate with court personnel, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
