Job summary

I-66 Express Mobility Partners is seeking a Senior Judicial Operations and Revenue Recovery Manager to lead and optimize judicial operations, settlement processes, and revenue recovery for large-scale toll operations in Virginia.

The role requires strong strategic leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with court personnel, service providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate case management and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, criminal justice, finance, public administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in legal operations, court administration, B2B account management, collections, revenue recovery, settlements, payment solutions, or similar environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably leading supervisors or cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with Virginia court systems and court clerk processes is preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Judicial Operations and Settlement Supervisors and Payment Solutions Supervisor; provide coaching and guidance.
• Set strategic performance expectations, governance, and accountability for operations and revenue recovery.
• Oversee daily court, settlement, payment plan, and documentation workflows to ensure accuracy.
• Architect training, cross-training, and succession planning for scalability.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet service and productivity goals.
• Promote compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
