RELX plc is seeking a Senior Journal Manager to independently oversee end-to-end publication operations for a portfolio of journals. You will optimize system configurations and workflows, delight authors and reviewers, and build strong relationships with journal contacts to improve quality and speed of publication.

You will lead data-driven improvements, monitor trends, and support the broader Journal Operations team with knowledge sharing and advanced workflow optimization.

Formación

• Experience managing end-to-end journal publication processes.
• Ability to optimize journal configurations and workflows.
• Strong relationship-building with editors, publishers and researchers.

Responsabilidades

• Own author and reviewer journeys across journal portfolios, monitoring trends and bottlenecks.
• Lead discussions with publishers on trends and drive actionable improvements.
• Troubleshoot publication-related problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver high-quality customer support to researchers to minimize effort in the publication journey.
• Collaborate with editors, publishers and societies to meet shared objectives.
