Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Journal Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational process of journal publication, delight authors and reviewers, and optimize workflows to boost customer satisfaction and publication speed.

You will build strong relationships with editors, publishers, and researchers, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with the Journal Operations team to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing journal publication operations end-to-end.
• Ability to delight authors and reviewers and optimize workflows.
• Ability to analyze data to drive improvements in speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational process of journal publication.
• Delight authors and reviewers; optimize journal configurations and workflows.
• Build relationships with journal contacts and support Journal Operations team.
