Akima Systems Engineering (ASE) seeks a Joint SOF Operations Readiness SME to support MACDILL AFB. Qualifications

• 12+ years of SOF experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years planning & executing joint exercises using JTS.
• Operational design and crisis response knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and assess joint and multinational training events.
• Advise and mentor CCMD/TSOC staff to accurately represent SOF context in scenarios.
• Leverage LVC tools to connect physical assets with synthetic threats across domains.
• Provide governance, readiness insight, and decision support to leadership.
• Track readiness trends and deliver after-action and improvement recommendations.
