Job summary

Akima Systems Engineering (ASE) seeks a Senior Joint Operations Readiness professional to join our MacDill AFB, FL team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing joint training and readiness events, advising battle staffs, and guiding scenario development to sustain readiness for CCMD/TSOC missions.

You will mentor readiness event designers, apply JELC, JOPP, JTS/JTT/DRRS tools, and produce actionable after-action reviews to inform future training.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in joint operations and readiness planning.
• Experience coordinating training across TSOCs, SOF components, and CCMD staff.
• Strong understanding of joint doctrine and readiness assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute joint training and readiness events.
• Coach readiness event designers and guide scenario development.
