Job summary

Akima Systems Engineering (ASE), an Akima company, seeks a Senior Joint Operations Readiness to join our team at MacDill AFB, FL. The role plans, coordinates, and executes joint training and readiness events, advising battle staffs in employing joint training and exercises to build and sustain readiness for CCMD/TSOC missions.

The position includes coaching readiness event designers, guiding realistic scenarios, and integrating LVC tools and systems to support planning, execution, and assessment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years SOF/Joint operations experience.
• Strong written and oral communication for briefings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute joint training and readiness events.
• Coach and mentor readiness designers and scenario developers.
• Provide after-action reporting and recommendations.
