Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned Exercise Planner to synchronize joint and multinational exercise planning across division units and maintain the Joint Event Life Cycle calendar.

You will coordinate planning events, develop objectives and scenarios, and oversee exercises from concept through execution and assessment, working with higher and subordinate HQs. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Applicants should have 5+ years of relevant experience and advanced military planning education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years planning and executing joint exercises.
• Experience with JELC, MDMP, ADM, or JPP.
• Experience planning joint/multinational exercises.
• Experience developing exercise objectives, scenarios, assessments, and senior briefings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications and collaborative planning tools.
• Ability to lead an exercise from concept through execution and post‑exercise analysis.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
• Graduate of CGSC ILE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in planning events across staff and across the JELC lifecycle.
• Maintain the JELC calendar and identify equities at lifecycle points.
• Recommend participants and modernization efforts for exercises CONUS/OCONUS.
• Assist with formulating long and short‑term goals, policies, objectives and priorities.
• Attend key synchronization events with higher headquarters and subordinate units.
• Develop objectives, build scenarios, integrate stakeholders, and oversee exercises from concept through assessment.
