Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Jira Administrator to evolve its Atlassian ecosystem, focusing on Jira Cloud and Confluence. You will configure workflows, manage users and permissions, support large user populations, and drive cloud migrations and integrations.

Hybrid work is available in Richardson, TX or San Jose, CA, with emphasis on governance, automation, and training to enable Agile delivery across the business and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Jira Administration and Confluence support.
• Strong Jira Cloud expertise and large instance management.
• Experience with JQL, dashboards, and Agile delivery.
• Experience with plug-ins such as Elements Connect, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, Zephyr.
• Directory synchronization and access governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Jira Cloud environments with governance.
• Design and implement Jira workflows, screens, and permission schemes.
• Manage users, groups, roles, and access across Jira and Confluence.
• Lead Jira Cloud migration and optimize deployment plans.
• Implement integrations and automation, including SSO and tooling.
• Install and maintain Jira/Confluence plug-ins and licenses.
• Build JQL filters, dashboards, and agile boards for visibility.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver end-user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, QA and infra teams.
