Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) Instructor to support the Joint Interoperability and Data Link Training Center.

The role emphasizes advanced Tactical Data Link instruction, curriculum development, and interoperability expertise for U.S., allied, and coalition forces. The ideal candidate will be a JT-301 graduate with extensive JICO and multi‑TDL experience, prior military instruction, and the ability to prepare operational forces to employ

Qualifications

Graduate of the JT-301 course with hands‑on JICO/TDL experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering; three years of tactical data link experience may substitute.
Formal military instructor training is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced TDl instruction and oversee courseware development.
Coordinate Mobile Training Teams and conduct practical exercises.
Support allied and coalition training with interoperability expertise.
