Job summary

Linchpin Solutions is seeking a dynamic JICO Instructor to support the Joint Interoperability and Data Link Training Center. This role provides advanced Tactical Data Link instruction, curriculum development, exercise support, and interoperability expertise to U.S., allied, and coalition forces.

The ideal candidate is a JT-301 graduate with extensive JICO and multi‑TDL experience, prior military instructor background, and expertise to prepare operational forces to employ Joint Tactical

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Tactical Data Link experience.
• Previous military instructor experience is required.
• Operational JICO or directly related multi‑TDL experience is required.
• Experience with VMF over CNR, DACAS, Live Virtual Construct development, or advanced C2/TDL systems is required.
• Experience planning and supporting joint, combined, allied, or coalition exercises preferred.
• Experience developing, revising, and maintaining technical curriculum and courseware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced Joint Tactical Data Link training and curriculum development.
• Coordinate Mobile Training Teams, practical exercises, and allied certification.
• Lead resident, distance-learning, and Mobile Training Team courses as SME.
• Identify training requirements and develop new courses/instructional capabilities.
• Support 30+ Joint and U.S. courses annually across CONUS/OCONUS.
