An established industry player is seeking a skilled Joint Interface Control Officer to join their team, focusing on enhancing interoperability training and readiness for naval operations. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and advise Fleet Command Centers and contribute to critical training programs involving Multi-Tactical Data Link management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TDL systems and a strong background in C4I operations. Qualifications

• Qualified as Joint Service JICO or Navy ICO with 6+ years of experience.
• Current operational experience with key C4I systems and TDL configurations.

Responsibilities

• Develop TDL architectures and training for various protocols.
• Conduct certification and sustainment training for Ballistic Missile Defense.
