Job summary

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. seeks a dynamic Tactical Data Link Instructor to support the Joint Interoperability and Data Link Training Center, delivering classroom, distance, and Mobile Training Team instruction for U.S., allied, and coalition forces.

The role includes courseware development, exercise support, and interoperability expertise across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The instructor may lead courses or participate as SME, with travel required to support training, exercises, and mission

Qualifications

• JT-201 course graduate required.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; three extra years of Tactical Data Link experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support TD L training across curriculum and exercises.
• Develop courseware and deliver formal classroom and distance instruction.
• Support joint exercises and maintain training documentation.
• Coordinate with military, government, and allied personnel.
• Serve as SME or exercise participant as needed.
